Sant Pau is distinguished as Responsible Culture Space

The Art Nouveau Site and Sant Pau’s Historical Archives have been distinguished as Responsible Culture Spaces. This recognition, granted by the Catalan Ministry of Culture, certifies that both spaces are safe cultural environments with strong prevention and hygiene measures in the face of Covid-19 or other contagious illnesses. The health and safety protocols comply with the conditions established by local health authorities.

The seal also endorses Sant Pau’s co-responsibility in minimising the harmful effects of social distancing through culture, as well as the institution’s ongoing commitment to the inclusion of marginalised groups.

This recognition reinforces other actions developed by the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau Foundation to guarantee the safety of visitors and users. For instance, last November 2020, the World Travel & Tourism Council certified Sant Pau with the Safe Travels stamp.
